Day 2 Test & Tune Nissan S15

Well after a early start and a long 2 hour drive out to Willow Springs Raceway today was the day that Leighton got his first drive in the Kure Motorsports S15. Initial testing saw a few bugs in the tune that needed some ironing out and with Kure Motorsports tuner on hand they had the car running great and Leighton was feeling comfortable in no time.

The only other issue was the wheel alignment settings that weren’t quite right to give Leighton the response and feel he wanted from the car, so with the help of Christian we did a few minor visual adjustments and had the cars overall setup the way Leighton wanted it. That’s where we are at for today, tomorrow we have the registration, pit setup, drivers parade through Long Beach and opening party for the event so stay tuned for our next update it should be a exciting one.
